This web portal will help you communicate with the Arizona Secretary of State Office about what documents you seek to obtain. Please do not ask or submit questions through this portal.
To begin click the blue Make Request button to the right. Note: by entering your email on the “make request” form, an account will automatically be setup for you.
Once your request has been submitted and your account is set up, you may sign in by clicking the blue Sign In button at the top right-hand corner of this page to check the status of your request and communicate with us.
